Wacky Water is all about investigating the weird and wonderful properties of water!
Experiments
- Water Loving and Water Hating – we’ll be investigating what it means if a material is hydrophobic. And we’ll be making hydrophobic sand to see how it interacts with water
- Dazzling Dissolving – we’ll be learning about how and why some things dissolve and why others don’t (including a fun investigation)
- Charcoal Purification – we’ll be turning squash back into water with an awesome water purification technique!
